Workshop terms & policies

Booking, reschedule & credit policy

• Bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund. You may only reschedule or convert the booking to a credit, subject to the rules below.
• Each paid booking is one credit unit for the whole registration (all participants on that booking).
• Reschedule or credit requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session start. Within 24 hours, no further changes are allowed. If you do not arrive, the booking is treated as a no-show with no reschedule or refund.
• You may reschedule to another open session in the same calendar month, or convert the booking to a credit to use later. Credit is valid for 6 months from the initial payment date.
• When using a credit (or rescheduling) to a session with a higher price, you must pay the difference. If the new price is lower, there is no refund; the one credit unit is still fully used.
• Online booking closes 2 hours before a session starts. If you book a session that starts within 24 hours, you are warned that cancel and reschedule will not be available for that booking.
• A workshop credit may only be used for a new booking with the same number of participants as the original credit booking.

Terms & conditions

• No-show (failure to attend) is not refundable and does not entitle you to a reschedule or credit for that booking.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival may mean you cannot join the session in progress.
• Participants must follow venue rules and staff instructions. We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for safety or disruptive behaviour.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for minors attending a workshop.
• Workshop content, materials, timing, or venue may differ from promotional descriptions due to product, material, staffing, or venue constraints. Please consider this before booking if such changes would not suit you.
• We may cancel or postpone a session for reasons beyond our control (for example venue closure or insufficient enrolment). In that case we will offer a reschedule or a refund of the amount paid for the affected seats.

Workshop privacy

• Personal data collected for workshop booking (such as name, email, phone, and answers you provide) is used only to run the activity, process payment, and communicate about your booking.
• We keep a record of your workshop bookings so you can view them on your workshop history page and so we can support attendance and customer service.
• We do not sell your workshop booking data. Access is limited to staff who need it to operate the workshops and related support.
